Safety Standards
Every asana, breathing technique, and wellness protocol on Ayur Yoga has been reviewed by a multidisciplinary team of Ayurvedic physicians and senior yoga practitioners before reaching you.
Ayurvedic Medical Advisory
Our content is reviewed and approved by board-certified Ayurvedic doctors (BAMS/MD Ayurveda) affiliated with Kerala Ayurveda Ltd, one of India's most respected Ayurvedic institutions.
Senior Yoga Practitioners
Every asana sequence is authenticated by experienced yoga teachers with 10+ years of therapeutic yoga training, ensuring proper alignment guidance and safe progression.
Clinical Safety Filtering
Contraindications are coded at the asana level. Your health profile is cross-referenced against these constraints so you only see postures that are safe for your conditions.
Our Safety Philosophy
Yoga is a profound healing tradition, but only when practised with proper guidance. Our safety-first approach means we never compromise on clarity: each posture comes with explicit contraindications, difficulty ratings, and therapeutic intent so you and your instructor always know exactly what you are doing and why.
We believe the most important element of any yoga programme is not the number of postures, but the confidence that every posture is right for you.
Ayurvedic Approval Process
All programmes are developed under the oversight of the Kerala Ayurveda Medical Board - a panel of senior Ayurvedic physicians with expertise in musculoskeletal, metabolic, and neurological conditions. Content is reviewed against classical Ayurvedic texts (Ashtanga Hridayam, Charaka Samhita) as well as modern clinical evidence.
The dosha assessment methodology is rooted in orthodox Prakriti analysis and has been validated against patient outcome data collected over decades of clinical practice at Kerala Ayurveda centres.
Certified by Top Yoga Trainers
Our asana library and sequencing protocols are authenticated by instructors certified by the Yoga Alliance (RYT 500+) and the Indian Yoga Association. Each asana has been physically tested in supervised therapeutic settings prior to inclusion in our database.
Trainer reviews focus on: correct alignment cues, safe entry and exit protocols, appropriate breath coordination, and realistic time-and-repetition guidelines by experience level.
Personalised Safety Filtering
When you complete your health profile, we cross-reference your reported conditions and injuries against the contraindication database for every asana in our library. Postures that are contraindicated for your profile are automatically excluded from your programme - you will never see a recommendation that could harm you based on the information you have shared. We strongly encourage you to keep your health profile up to date and to consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new physical activity.
